Dr. Natalija Mažeikienė, Professor at the Vytautas Magnus University Faculty of Social Sciences, will first participate in the webinar “Gender equality in Horizon Europe” organised by NCPs of Research Council of Lithuania, giving a presentation on “Design and implementation of Gender Equality Plan (GEP) at Vytautas Magnus University”.

Later in the day, our Lithuanian partners will also participate in the 5th EWORA (European Women Rectors Association) Webinar "Challenges of Gender Equality in Higher Education During the Times of Turbulences".
The meeting will be kindly chaired by Prof. Inga Žalėnienė, Rector of Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania, and Board Member of EWORA. Amongst the panelists, Prof. dr. Natalija Mažeikienė (VMU) will present on the topic "Gender Equality Work in Turbulent Times: New Challenges and Opportunities", while Dr. Rūta Ruolytė-Verschoore (Equal Opportunities Coordinator of Vilnius University) will give her input on "Experiences of Developing Gender Equality Field: The Case of Vilnius University“.
